Y-Series 100 Grain

I ordered 2 sets of the 100 grain y-series heads. Right off the bat they looked very nice. I’m a fan of the design and shape. The sharpness from factory required improvement before being fielded in my opinion. It took a substantial amount of time to get the heads to what I consider field ready. I did test the flight of these heads numerous times and at 20 and 30 yards they impacted with my field points. I am eager to use them this year as our whitetail season begins in 3 weeks. I would love to opportunity to post an update, perhaps with results on effectiveness, penetration, blood trail and actual pictures of successful hunts. Thanks

Worst dullest and could not sharpen it i trash them

These things are AWESOME! Used them for the first time last season. Shot a buck that was quartered at me from 30 yards out. When I found the buck the arrow entered his body right behind his front shoulder, went through the lungs all the way through the body cavity and the broadhead was buried in the bucks opposite side inner thigh stuck in the bone. It was incredible! Will recommend these broadheads to everyone!

Little Sharper, nice broadhead

Looks like a great head. Structurally sound and accurate. My only negative take is they weren't very sharp out of the box. I plan on running them over a strop to see if that helps.
